I created Charleston’s first culturally driven hotel by transforming two historic buildings through thoughtful adaptive reuse, preserving their architectural character while giving them new relevance. Rooted in Charleston’s history but designed for its evolving creative community, the project brought together hospitality, design, food, art, and local culture to create a hotel that felt less like a place to stay and more like a living expression of the city.
One Vision. Every Touchpoint.
As the project's creative lead, I led an interdisciplinary approach that treated the hotel as one cohesive brand experience rather than a collection of individual design decisions. From architecture, interiors, and brand creation to styling, photography, content, a cultural magazine, retail products, and a signature scent, I shaped every touchpoint around a single creative vision, building a world guests could see, feel, discover, and take home.
