We transformed a historic grand dame hotel into a 168-key mixed-use hospitality destination, using adaptive reuse to help revitalize Nashville’s iconic Printers Alley. More than a hotel, we created an interconnected ecosystem of revenue-generating experiences—including a destination restaurant, private members’ club, three distinct bars, nightclub, hidden retail concept, sandwich shop, bakery, and coffee shop—designed to bring the neighborhood back to life from morning through late night. .
